Family Arrangement Planner Arrangements Screen

Overview

The Family Arrangement Planner Arrangements screen is used during the arrangement meeting with the family to schedule events and services.

 

This screen can be accessed by one of the following methods:

1. Clicking the Arrangements image on the Family Arrangement Planner Menu screen
2. Clicking the > button on the Family Arrangement Planner Life Story screen
3. Clicking the < button on the Family Arrangement Planner Obituary screen

 

Information captured on this screen updates the Events and Services screens. for the case you're working with. It also adds these items to the Calendar widget on the Dashboard screen, and updates Pallbearer and Music screens as well.

 

When you have completed the information on this screen, you can click the “Complete” field on the footer. Doing so will place a green rectangle with a check mark around the arrangements image on the Family Arrangement Planner Menu screen and will add a square to the progress meter.
